Product Overview
The Varem 79 Gallon pressure tank is designed to help save energy and improve the performance of potable water and booster systems. It stores pressurized water and works together with hydrodynamic flywheel action during demand, helping reduce the frequency of pump starts and stops.

By reducing pump cycling, this tank helps extend pump life and maintain more stable system performance. The internal pressure switch adjusts system operation so the pump activates only when the water pressure inside the tank drops below the required minimum, then reloads the tank again during operation.

    • $150 – Liftgate Service: Required for commercial locations without a forklift or loading dock.

    • $250 – Residential Delivery Service: Required for all residential deliveries (includes liftgate and residential access service).

Carrier Classification & Responsibility

Carrier Determines Address Type: The freight carrier will classify the delivery address as commercial or residential at the time of booking.
Customer Responsibility: If incorrect delivery information is provided or proper unloading equipment is not available, all additional carrier charges (liftgate, residential reclassification, redelivery, storage, detention, etc.) will be billed to the customer before delivery is completed.

Entering a commercial address without proper equipment does not avoid these charges.
