1. Scope and who we are

This Privacy Policy applies to PumpSuperMarket.com, related Pump SuperMarket pages and services, and the Pump SuperMarket applications for Apple iOS and Google Android (collectively, the “Services”). It also applies when you contact us, request a quote, create an account, place an order, submit a review, request support, or otherwise interact with us.

Pump SuperMarket is operated by Gol Pumps Technology Inc. The mobile applications are distributed through developer accounts held by MiaFix Technologies LLC for Pump SuperMarket. In this policy, “Pump SuperMarket,” “PSM,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Gol Pumps Technology Inc. and, where relevant to mobile-app publishing and technical operation, MiaFix Technologies LLC.

2. How the iOS and Android apps work

The Pump SuperMarket mobile apps provide an app-based interface to our live website and account services. Pages displayed in the apps are delivered from PumpSuperMarket.com through a secure in-app browser. Information you submit in an app—such as account details, searches, cart activity, checkout information, support requests, and account-deletion requests—is transmitted to and processed by the same systems used for our website.

You can control app permissions through your iOS or Android device settings. Disabling a permission may prevent the related optional feature from working.

3. Information we collect

Information you provide

• Identity and contact information: name, company name, billing and shipping address, email address, and telephone number.
• Account information: username, authentication information, saved addresses, preferences, and account settings.
• Order and commercial information: products viewed or purchased, cart activity, order history, returns, refunds, warranties, invoices, tax-exemption information, shipping preferences, and delivery requirements such as forklift, dock, or liftgate availability.
• Customer-service information: quote requests, product-selection information, equipment and application details, messages, emails, call information, uploaded materials, survey responses, and other information you choose to provide.
• Public content: reviews, ratings, and other content you submit for public display.
• Information about another person: recipient or job-site contact information that you provide for delivery, pickup, or order coordination. You should provide this information only when authorized to do so.

Payment information

When you make a purchase, payment providers may collect the full card number, bank-account information, wallet credentials, billing information, and fraud-prevention data needed to process the transaction. Pump SuperMarket may receive limited transaction details, such as payment status, method, authorization information, and the last digits of a card. We generally do not store full payment-card numbers on our systems.

Information collected automatically

• Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser type, operating system, device model, app version, language, and general device information.
• Pages viewed, links selected, searches, referring URLs, session activity, cart interactions, timestamps, and website or app usage information.
• Cookie identifiers, local-storage information, advertising or analytics identifiers where permitted, and similar technologies.
• Diagnostic information such as errors, crashes, performance data, security events, and network status.
• Approximate location inferred from an IP address and location information you provide, such as billing, shipping, or job-site address.

Information from other sources

We may receive information from payment processors, shipping carriers, manufacturers, distributors, fraud-prevention providers, analytics and advertising providers, business partners, public sources, and service providers that help us maintain and improve our records and Services.

4. How we use information

We use information as reasonably necessary to:

• Provide, operate, personalize, troubleshoot, and improve the Services.
• Create and manage accounts and authenticate users.
• Process payments, orders, deliveries, returns, refunds, exchanges, warranty claims, and tax obligations.
• Provide quotes, product recommendations, order tracking, customer service, and technical support.
• Communicate about orders, accounts, policies, security, and service changes.
• Send marketing communications where permitted and measure campaign performance.
• Analyze trends, usage, customer interests, and the effectiveness of our Services.
• Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, unauthorized transactions, security incidents, and violations of our terms.
• Comply with law, enforce agreements, protect rights and safety, and establish or defend legal claims.

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we process information to perform a contract with you, comply with legal obligations, pursue legitimate business interests, protect users and our business, and obtain consent when required.

5. Cookies, analytics, and advertising

Our website and the pages displayed in our apps may use cookies, pixels, tags, local storage, and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, maintain your cart, process checkout, prevent fraud, measure traffic, understand usage, and support advertising.

Depending on the service used, our providers may include website and cloud-hosting providers, WordPress and WooCommerce service providers, Cloudflare, Google analytics and advertising services, payment providers, and communications providers. These companies process information under their own terms and privacy policies and may use cookies or similar identifiers.

You can manage cookies through browser settings and any consent controls made available on our website. You may also manage advertising preferences through your Apple or Google device settings and applicable industry opt-out tools, including the Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out page. Some privacy controls may affect Service functionality.

Where required by applicable law, we recognize supported browser-based opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control, as a request to opt out of sale or sharing for targeted advertising.

6. How we disclose information

We may disclose information to the following categories of recipients for the purposes described in this policy:

• Service providers: cloud hosting, website operation, security, analytics, communications, customer support, fraud prevention, document storage, and professional advisers.
• Payment and financing providers: processors, banks, card networks, digital-wallet providers, and financing providers selected during checkout.
• Order-fulfillment partners: carriers, freight companies, warehouses, manufacturers, distributors, warranty administrators, and other parties needed to fulfill or support an order.
• Advertising and analytics partners: where permitted, to measure performance, understand audiences, and provide relevant marketing.
• Legal and safety recipients: regulators, courts, law enforcement, insurers, and other parties when disclosure is required or reasonably necessary to protect rights, property, safety, and the integrity of the Services.
• Corporate transactions: an actual or potential buyer, successor, investor, or adviser in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets.
• At your direction: when you request, authorize, or intentionally disclose information to another party.

We do not sell personal information for money. Certain analytics or advertising activities may be considered “sharing,” “targeted advertising,” or a “sale” under some state privacy laws. Where those laws apply, you may exercise the applicable opt-out rights described below.

7. Email, telephone, and SMS communications

We may use your contact information to provide transactional communications, such as order confirmations, shipping updates, security notices, support responses, and warranty information. With consent where required, we may also send promotional communications.

SMS consent and mobile numbers collected for SMS communications are not sold or shared with third parties for their independent marketing. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of promotional text messages by replying STOP and may opt out of promotional emails by using the unsubscribe link. We may still send non-promotional communications necessary to service your account or transactions.

8. Data retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including while your account is active and as needed to complete transactions, maintain tax and accounting records, administer warranties, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with law. Retention periods vary by record type, legal requirement, and business need. When information is no longer required, we may delete, de-identify, or securely dispose of it.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information, including encrypted transmission where appropriate and access controls. No security method or system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Protect your password, do not reuse it across services, and sign out after using a shared device.

9. Your choices and account deletion

• Account information: Sign in and use My Account to review or update available profile, address, and account information.
• Marketing: Use the unsubscribe instructions in promotional communications or contact us.
• Cookies and advertising: Use available website controls, browser settings, device settings, and applicable opt-out tools.
• Public content: Contact us to request removal of a review or other content. Copies may remain where retention is required or removal is not technically or legally possible.

Permanent account deletion

You may initiate permanent deletion directly in the mobile app by opening Account → Delete Account. You may also sign in through the website and visit the account-deletion page. We may require you to confirm the request or reauthenticate to protect your account.

Deleting an account removes or de-identifies the account profile and personal information associated with it, subject to limited retention permitted or required for completed transactions, tax and accounting obligations, fraud prevention, security, warranties, product recalls, disputes, chargebacks, and legal compliance. Deletion does not cancel or reverse completed orders or lawful records that must be retained.

10. Privacy rights

Depending on where you live and subject to legal exceptions, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a portable copy of personal information; to opt out of certain targeted advertising, sale, sharing, or profiling; to limit certain uses of sensitive personal information; and to appeal a decision about a privacy request. You will not receive discriminatory treatment for exercising an applicable privacy right.

California and other U.S. state disclosures

During the preceding 12 months, we may have collected and disclosed for business purposes the categories described in this policy, including identifiers and contact information, customer records, commercial and transaction information, internet or electronic activity, approximate location, payment-related information handled by processors, and inferences based on interactions with the Services. Sources, purposes, and recipient categories are described above.

We may need to verify your identity and authority before completing a request. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted by law.

EEA, United Kingdom, Switzerland, and other regions

Where applicable, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict, or object to processing; receive data portability; withdraw consent; and complain to your local data-protection authority. Withdrawal of consent does not affect processing already completed lawfully. Some information may be exempt from a request under applicable law.

11. Children’s privacy

The Services are intended for businesses and adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

12. Third-party services and links

The Services may contain links to third-party websites, platforms, payment options, social networks, or services. Those parties control their own privacy practices. Review their privacy notices before providing information. We are not responsible for third-party privacy or security practices.

13. International users

Pump SuperMarket is based in the United States. If you access the Services from another country, information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States and other locations where our providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our Services, practices, providers, or legal obligations. The “Last updated” date identifies the latest revision. If a change is material, we may provide additional notice through the website, app, account message, or email where appropriate.
