Product Warranty Information
At Pump Supermarket, we stand behind the quality of our products. Please review the warranty terms below
before purchasing, installing, or operating any equipment.
Warranty Registration: Customers are encouraged to complete the warranty registration form to ensure
faster processing of claims. Failure to register does not automatically void coverage but may delay claim processing.
Warranty Coverage
- Pumps: 1-year manufacturer limited warranty from the invoice date.
- Pressure tanks: 2-year manufacturer limited warranty from the invoice date.
Warranty Exclusions
A) This warranty does not cover damage or failure caused by:
- Incorrect or unsuitable application or system design.
- Improper installation, wiring, or lack of required protection devices.
- Unauthorized repairs, alterations, or disassembly prior to inspection.
- Operation outside published specifications or environmental limits.
- Dry running, cavitation, freezing, chemical damage, corrosion, or water intrusion.
- Use with incompatible fluids, voltage, or electrical supply.
- Normal wear and tear, including mechanical seals and motor brushes.
- Failure of external electrical protection or control devices.
Do not open or attempt to repair the product. Any disassembly or modification prior to inspection
may limit warranty coverage.
Warranty Claim Requirements
To evaluate a warranty claim, the following may be required:
- Proof of purchase.
- Product serial number and nameplate photo.
- Photos or videos showing the issue.
- Installation and electrical details (if requested).
Claims will be reviewed after inspection by our technical department and/or the manufacturer.
Inspection & Remedy
- No warranty decision will be made until the product is received and inspected.
- If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, remedies may include repair, replacement, or refund at the discretion of the manufacturer.
- If the original product is unavailable, an equivalent model may be provided.
Shipping & Service Notes
- Customer is responsible for shipping the product to our facility for inspection.
- Costs related to removal, installation, downtime, or third-party services are not covered.
Special Note: Solar Pumps
Solar pump motors use brush components which require inspection every 200 operating hours and replacement as needed.
Brushes are wear items and not covered under warranty.
Control Panels & Electrical Protection
External protection devices such as control panels, breakers, and overload relays must be correctly installed and rated.
Failures caused by improper or missing protection devices are not covered.
Final Notes
- Warranty does not cover misuse, installation errors, or environmental damage.
- Warranty evaluation is required before any remedy is provided.
