Residential Delivery
If the delivery address is residential , or classified as residential by the freight carrier , Liftgate + Residential Delivery Service must be added before shipment.

Important
The freight carrier determines whether an address is commercial or residential at the time the shipment is booked.

If the customer indicates the location is “commercial” (for example: farm, ranch, home-based business, or similar), but the carrier classifies the address as residential, residential and/or liftgate charges will still apply and must be paid before delivery can be scheduled.

Add the required services below if your location is residential or if a forklift/loading dock is not available.
