When we enter your shipping address into the freight carrier's shipping system, the carrier identifies the location type and any additional delivery services required. Pump Supermarket does not independently determine whether an address is classified as residential, standard commercial, or limited access.

Even if your address belongs to a business, warehouse, or commercial property with a forklift or loading dock, it may still be classified as residential or limited access. The carrier's classification determines the applicable shipping services and charges, regardless of the delivery option selected by the customer at checkout.

What Is Considered a Limited-Access Location?

Freight companies such as FedEx Freight, UPS freight-service providers, and other trucking carriers may designate certain delivery locations as limited access. These locations may involve restricted entry, security procedures, limited operating hours, difficult truck access, or other special delivery conditions. Common examples include:

Camps, campgrounds and RV parks
Cemeteries and memorial parks
Construction sites and active job sites
Daycare centers and preschools
Fairgrounds, event sites and exhibition grounds
Farms, ranches and private estates
Golf courses and country clubs

Hotels, lodges and resorts when designated by the carrier

Important: These are examples of locations that freight carriers may classify as limited access, not a complete or universal carrier list. Each carrier has its own classification rules and service tariffs. A commercial business with a forklift or loading dock may still be classified as limited access and incur additional charges. Having unloading equipment does not override the carrier's location classification.
Requirements for Free Commercial Freight
✓ Standard Commercial Classification The freight carrier must recognize the delivery address as a standard commercial location.
✓ No Limited-Access Designation Carrier-designated limited-access locations are not eligible for free freight shipping.
✓ Forklift or Loading Dock Available Appropriate unloading equipment and personnel must be available when the freight shipment arrives.
✓ No Additional Freight Services Free shipping excludes residential delivery, liftgate service, limited-access delivery and other special carrier services.
Customer Responsibility: Delivery options selected at checkout are subject to freight carrier verification. If the carrier classifies your address differently or requires additional services, applicable shipping charges will be communicated for payment before shipment. Additional carrier fees resulting from inaccurate delivery information, unavailable unloading equipment, failed delivery attempts, redelivery, storage, detention, or access restrictions remain the customer's responsibility.

Installation:

 

  1. For the first installation, please fill the pump the liquid to prevent the mechanical seal damage.
  2. Lay down a strainer at the suction inlet of pipe to avoid incoming rubbish and foreign matter, and we also recommend you to use a foot valve at the suction inlet of pipe to get  even better performance.
  3. Place a check valve at discharge pipe line and air bypass under the check valve in order to avoid breakage by water hammer.
  4. In case of high temperature liquid over 40″C, place flexible joints and bending in pipe line to avoid piping load to pump by pipe’s expansion.
  5. Avoid deformation of pump by over-tightening when using a flexible joint, a loose flange made of metal or an inner packing on the piping line.
  6. Place each flange surface of pipe and pump in parallel and do not over-tightening by bolts.
  7. Use resin pipe, avoid metal pipe as much as possible.
