Commercial Address: Forklift or loading dock is required at time of delivery.
No Forklift / No Dock: Liftgate service must be added.
Residential Address: Residential delivery service is required.

Freight Service Pricing:

• $0 – Free Freight: Commercial address with forklift or loading dock available.

• $150 – Liftgate Service: Required for commercial locations without a forklift or loading dock.

• $250 – Residential Delivery Service: Required for all residential deliveries (includes liftgate and residential access service).

Carrier Classification & Responsibility

Carrier Determines Address Type: The freight carrier will classify the delivery address as commercial or residential at the time of booking.

Customer Responsibility: If incorrect delivery information is provided or proper unloading equipment is not available, all additional carrier charges (liftgate, residential reclassification, redelivery, storage, detention, etc.) will be billed to the customer before delivery is completed.

Entering a commercial address without proper equipment does not avoid these charges.
