to accurately display product attributes. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, pictures or other content is accurate,
complete, or error free, and purchased items are not returnable solely because of such website inaccuracies.
Prices and promotions are subject to change and may vary due to market conditions. Despite our best efforts, items may be mispriced,
unavailable, or misstated. For these reasons, we may cancel your order or contact you for instructions.
Prices displayed are quoted in U.S. dollars and are valid and effective only within the United States. Prices may include free shipping
where indicated but do not include applicable sales taxes. You are responsible for payment of any shipping/handling costs if applicable.

Paying for Your Order
Generally, we will charge your order amount to your credit card, credit account, or debit card issuer at the time you place the order,
which may affect your available credit line. When you pre-order with a debit card, we may debit your card when you place the pre-order.
For special delivery items, we may charge your payment method when you confirm a delivery time.
Credit Card Transaction Fee:
A 3.5% transaction fee will be applied to all orders paid by credit card. This fee covers processing costs imposed by credit card companies
and is automatically calculated at checkout. By placing an order using a credit card, you agree to this additional charge.
Order Confirmation
While we use best efforts to fulfill orders, PSM cannot guarantee availability of any product displayed on the Site. Our order confirmation to you does not
signify acceptance of your order nor confirm our offer to sell. After receiving your order, we may accept, decline, or place limits on your order for any reason,
including on a per-person, per-household, or per-order basis.
If we reject, limit, or modify your order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address you provided. If we cancel an order or portion already charged,
we will refund the canceled portion.
We reserve the right to discontinue the sale of any product at any time without notice. In some cases, PSM may request Picture ID and/or a business card for verification.
Shipping, Delivery & Carrier Delays
Pump Supermarket works hard to process, pack, and ship orders as quickly as possible. Our responsibility is to prepare and ship the order in a timely manner
according to the shipping method selected, product availability, payment approval, order verification, and warehouse processing requirements.
Our Commitment:
We make reasonable efforts to ship orders quickly and on time. Once the order leaves our warehouse and is transferred to the shipping carrier,
delivery timing, transit updates, routing, delays, missed delivery attempts, weather delays, sorting delays, address access issues, and other carrier-related matters
are controlled by the carrier and are outside of Pump Supermarket’s control.
Carrier Delays Are Not Grounds for Automatic Cancellation or Refund:
After an order has shipped, the order cannot be automatically canceled or refunded simply because the carrier does not deliver by a requested or expected date.
Delivery estimates provided by UPS, FedEx, USPS, freight companies, or any other carrier are estimates only and are not guaranteed by Pump Supermarket unless expressly stated in writing by PSM.
Customers may not require Pump Supermarket to cancel or refund an order that has already shipped due to a carrier delay, including requests such as
“cancel and refund if it does not arrive by tomorrow.” Once the package is in the carrier’s possession, Pump Supermarket does not have physical control over the package
and cannot force the carrier to deliver by a specific time or date.
What We Can Do After Shipment
- Provide tracking information when available.
- Assist the customer in reviewing the shipment status.
- Contact the carrier or open a carrier investigation/claim when appropriate.
- Assist with a lost-package claim if the carrier confirms the shipment is lost.
- Assist with a damage claim if the shipment arrives damaged and the customer provides required photos and documentation promptly.
Customer Responsibility
- The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
- The customer is responsible for monitoring tracking updates and being available to receive the shipment when required.
- The customer is responsible for inspecting the shipment immediately upon delivery.
- Any shipping damage, missing package, or delivery issue must be reported to Pump Supermarket promptly with photos, tracking information, and any carrier notes.
Refused, Missed, or Returned Shipments:
If a shipment is refused, missed, undeliverable, returned to sender, or delayed because of an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, delivery restriction,
or customer request, the customer may be responsible for all original shipping charges, return shipping charges, carrier fees, storage fees, redelivery fees,
address correction fees, and applicable restocking fees.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
If a shipment is delayed, lost, or damaged while in the possession of the carrier, Pump Supermarket may assist with filing a claim or investigation with the carrier.
However, carrier claims are subject to the carrier’s policies, processing time, inspections, documentation requirements, and final decision.
Refunds or replacements for lost or damaged shipments are not guaranteed until the carrier investigation and/or claim process is completed and approved,
unless Pump Supermarket chooses otherwise at its sole discretion.
Expedited Shipping
Expedited shipping charges, including overnight, next-day, second-day, or other express services, are not refundable if the delay is caused by the carrier,
weather, natural disaster, mechanical issues, incorrect address, missed delivery attempt, security delay, or any circumstance outside Pump Supermarket’s direct control.
Pump Supermarket is not responsible for project delays, installation delays, labor charges, technician charges, rental equipment, business interruption,
loss of income, penalties, damages, or any consequential losses caused by shipping carrier delays, lost shipments, damaged shipments, or delivery issues.
Use License
PSM grants permission to view and use the Site and to print individual pages for your own personal, non-commercial use, provided you accept these Terms without modification.
You may not modify, copy except as permitted above, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell
any information, material, software, products or services from the Site.
Trademarks
The trademarks, service marks and logos displayed are registered and unregistered trademarks of PSM or third parties. Nothing on the Site grants a license
or right to use any Mark without prior written permission of the Mark owner. PSM may aggressively enforce its intellectual property rights.
The name “PumpSuperMarket” and PSM logo may not be used in advertising or publicity without prior written permission. Use of the PSM logo as part of a link to/from any site
is prohibited unless approved in writing by PSM.

Installers / Installer Directory
Pump Supermarket provides the Installer Directory solely as a free informational tool to connect customers with independent third-party installers.
PSM does not employ, endorse, supervise, verify, or guarantee any installer listed, and listing information is self-reported.
Customers are solely responsible for verifying licensing, insurance, qualifications, expertise, and references prior to hiring an installer.
PSM assumes no responsibility for agreements, work performed, payments, damages, disputes, injuries, losses, or claims between customers and installers.
Product Installation and Liability Disclaimer
All pumps and products sold by Pump Supermarket / Gol Pumps Technology Inc. must be installed, wired, and commissioned only by licensed and experienced installers
in accordance with local codes, safety standards, and manufacturer guidelines.
Pump Supermarket assumes no responsibility or liability for damages, injuries, accidents, or losses arising from improper installation, misuse, unauthorized modifications,
or failure to follow instructions, including but not limited to fire, electrical shock, flooding, water damage, property damage, personal injury, operational failure,
or product malfunction.
Uploaded Content
By submitting content to PSM, including photos, you represent and warrant that:
- You are the sole author and owner of the intellectual property rights, or have proper permission to submit the content.
- Your content does not violate these Terms and will not cause injury to any person or entity.
- Your content is not false, inaccurate, misleading, unlawful, defamatory, threatening, harassing, hateful, discriminatory, or harmful.
You agree to indemnify and hold PSM harmless from claims, demands, damages, and attorneys’ fees arising out of your submitted content or your violation of law/third-party rights.
Disputes, Governing Law & Arbitration
This agreement and your use of the Site are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
You consent to jurisdiction and venue in Miami-Dade County, Florida for disputes as applicable.
WITH THE PRIOR AGREEMENT OF PSM, ANY CLAIM, DISPUTE OR CONTROVERSY ARISING OUT OF, RELATING TO OR CONCERNING THIS SITE AND/OR THESE TERMS
SHALL BE DECIDED BY BINDING ARBITRATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE RULES OF THE AMERICAN ARBITRATION ASSOCIATION IN MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
CLAIMS MAY ONLY BE BROUGHT IN YOUR INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A CLASS.
General
- PSM may change these Terms without notice; changes are not applied retroactively.
- No joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship is created by your use of this Site.
- PSM may comply with law enforcement requests and legal processes.
- These Terms and referenced policies constitute the entire agreement between you and PSM regarding the Site.
Termination of Use
We may terminate your account or use of the Site at any time, in our sole discretion, without prior notice.
You remain liable for orders placed or charges incurred prior to termination. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time.
Warranty Policy
Warranty Activation Required: Warranty coverage is valid only if the customer completes the warranty registration form prior to installation.
Warranty Coverage
- Pumps: 1-year manufacturer warranty from invoice date
- Pressure tanks: 2-year warranty from invoice date
Do Not Open or Repair
No product may be opened, tampered with, or repaired before inspection by our technical team.
Doing so will void the warranty.
Warranty Exclusions
A) Warranty is void if the issue is caused by:
- Drawings, designs, or specifications provided by the purchaser.
- Use in an incorrect or unsuitable application as determined by our technical team.
- Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or tampering without written consent.
B) Warranty does not cover damage or failure due to:
- Normal wear and tear.
- Missing or improper electrical protection/control panel.
- Inadequate maintenance or unauthorized repairs.
- Failure to follow operating instructions.
- Overloading or operating outside recommended limits.
- Use of incompatible materials or fluids.
- Water intrusion into the motor.
- Chemical or electrolytic corrosion.
- Improper installation or assembly not performed by Pump Supermarket.
- Conditions beyond the control of Pump Supermarket, including shipping carrier delays or damage.
Warranty Claim Requirements
- All requested documentation, as applicable.
- Technician inspection report, if requested.
- Clear photos and/or videos showing the issue.
Claims are accepted only after evaluation and approval by our technical department.
Warranty Resolution
- If approved, the product will be replaced only. No refunds.
- If discontinued, an equivalent model may be offered.
- No replacement occurs until the defective unit is received and inspected.
- Customer is responsible for shipping costs for returns to inspection.
- PSM is not responsible for transportation, labor, removal/installation, or related service charges.
Special Note: Solar Pumps
Solar pumps may use brush-type motors. Motor brushes must be inspected every 200 hours and replaced as needed.
Brushes are wear items and are not covered under warranty.
Control Panels & Protection Devices Disclaimer
Protection devices are intended to protect motors by tripping or shutting off power. Proper sizing and installation of breakers,
control panels, and protective equipment is the responsibility of the installer/end user.
Failures caused by improper or non-functioning protection systems are not covered under warranty.
Our Return Policy
Products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase, subject to the conditions below.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Certain products are excluded.
Important: Items that have been installed, wired, connected to plumbing, assembled, powered on, or tested are not eligible for return.
Eligibility for Return
- Items must be new, unused, uninstalled, and untested.
- Items must be returned in original factory packaging, including manuals, unfilled warranty cards, accessories, and components.
- Items must be in resalable condition. Non-compliant returns may be refused.
Non-Returnable Items
- Any pump used, installed, assembled, wired, or tested.
- Pump and motor assemblies once assembled.
- Products requiring assembly once assembled.
- Control panels, control boxes, and soft starters.
- Special-order or custom-order items.
Due to the sensitive nature of control equipment, no returns are accepted on control panels, soft starters, or control boxes.
Order Cancellation After Shipment
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled as an unshipped order. If the customer no longer wants the product after shipment,
the order will be handled under this Return Policy, subject to return eligibility, RMA approval, restocking fees, shipping fees,
and inspection after return.
Carrier delays after shipment do not automatically qualify an order for cancellation, refund, or free return.
Shipping & Fees
- Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Original outbound shipping charges may be deducted, even if initially offered as free shipping.
- Approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- A 3.5% credit card processing fee applies to cancellations and refunded transactions, including same-day cancellations.
- Expedited shipping fees are non-refundable once the shipment has been tendered to the carrier.
Condition matters: if an item is returned damaged, altered, missing parts, written on, taped, or not in resalable condition,
we may deduct repair/replacement costs or refuse the return.
Inspection Upon Delivery
- Inspect shipments immediately upon delivery.
- Report shipping damage promptly with photos.
- Photos may be required to confirm the product is new before return authorization is granted.
Processing Time
Approved returns are typically processed within 1–2 weeks after receipt and inspection. Refunds are issued only for items returned in resalable condition.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Return Procedures
RMA Required: All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization number, RMA#, issued by PumpSuperMarket.com.
Returns received without an RMA# will be refused. Issuance of an RMA# does not guarantee approval of a refund.
Return Conditions
- All items must be new, unused, and uninstalled.
- Original packaging required, including manuals, accessories, and components.
- Do not write on or tape the product packaging.
- Damaged, altered, or missing-part items may be refused or charged.
Packaging & Shipping
- Write the RMA# clearly on the outer shipping box only.
- Pack securely with sufficient protective material to prevent damage.
- Unauthorized returns will be refused.
- Customer is responsible for shipping costs related to returns, regardless of reason, unless otherwise approved in writing by PSM.
