At PumpSupermarket.com, we stand behind the quality of our products. Please review the following warranty terms carefully before purchasing or installing any equipment.
All pumps sold through PumpSupermarket.com come with a 1-year manufacturer warranty from the date of purchase (invoice date).
Pressure tanks include a 2-year warranty starting from the invoice date.
Warranty is only valid if the customer completes the warranty registration form (available on this page) prior to installation.
Warranty claims will be denied under the following circumstances:
Drawings, designs, or specifications provided by the purchaser.
Use of the product in an incorrect or unsuitable application (as determined by our technical team).
Any unauthorized repairs, modifications, or tampering performed by the customer or a third party without written consent from PumpSupermarket.com.
Note: No product may be opened, tampered with, or repaired before our technical team has inspected it. Doing so will void the warranty.
Normal wear and tear.
Absence of a proper electrical protection/control panel.
Inadequate maintenance or repairs done by unauthorized personnel.
Ignoring the operating instructions.
Overloading the system.
Use of incompatible or unsuitable materials.

To submit a valid warranty claim:
You must provide all requested documentation, including:
A technician’s inspection report (if applicable)
Photos or videos clearly showing the problem
Claims will only be accepted after full evaluation and approval by our technical department.
If the claim is approved, the product will be replaced only—no refunds will be issued.
If the original product is discontinued, an equivalent model will be offered.
No product will be replaced before the defective unit is received and inspected by our service department.
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the product for inspection.
Pump Supermarket is not responsible for any costs related to:
Transportation
Replacement
Installation of warranty-covered products
Our solar pumps use brush-type motors. These brushes must be inspected every 500 hours of operation and replaced as needed.
Brushes are considered wear items and are not covered under the warranty.
No refunds will be issued for any products unless the warranty claim has been approved by both our technical team and the manufacturer.
Warranty coverage is void if there is no proof of proper electrical protection in place.
If you have any questions about the warranty terms or process, please contact our service department.
